There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2018-04-26 House Journal Page 3445 Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 409(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Tarr, who was excused (page 3431), was noted. CSHB 409(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 409(FIN) would be held to tomorrow's calendar.
